I did.
For years, I dipped in and out of meditation, but 90 days ago, I decided to go all in …. every single morning, no excuses.
What happened over those 90 days truly surprised me. Not only did it shift how I felt personally, but it transformed how I showed up at work, in my relationships, and in my confidence.
Here’s what I discovered:
🌿 30 Days
• Built a powerful morning routine
• Woke up excited for the day ahead
• Noticed the small magic in everyday life
• Confidence started sparking alive
• Life felt lighter and freer
🌿 60 Days
• Took back my personal power
• Mastered the strength of silence instead of reacting
• Attracted kindness into my life
• Confidence felt grounded and unshakable
• Nervous system slowed down, sharper and steadier
• I realised the universe was testing me and I responded calmer, braver, and wiser than before
🌿 90 Days
• Turned problems into lessons
• Opened my mind to challenges instead of resisting them
• Fell in love with my confident self
• Learned to treat myself with true kindness
• Gained clarity I’d never experienced before
From stress → to strength.
From self-doubt → to self-belief.
From reacting → to responding with calm confidence.
This is what 90 days of meditation gave me.
Sometimes the smallest daily practice creates the biggest transformation.
