“I’m exhausted” version.
But oh, was I wrong.
I’ve experienced all three. And each one shook me in its own way.
As someone who prides herself on resilience and drive, burnout didn’t creep in softly.
It hit like a bucket of cold water thrown straight in the face.
Suddenly, everything felt… off. And I didn’t know why.
That’s why I want to share what I’ve learnt — because awareness is your first line of protection.
Here are the 3 types of burnout I uncovered on my journey:
🔁 Under-challenged burnout
When you’re no longer stretched — just stuck.
Bored. Numb. Uninspired.
You’ve outgrown your work but don’t know what’s next.
⚠️ Neglect burnout
When you feel overwhelmed, unsupported, and like you’re constantly falling behind.
The pressure piles up — but instead of asking for help, you push harder.
Until you can’t anymore.
🔥 Habitual burnout
This is when burnout becomes your norm.
Chronic exhaustion. Disconnection.
You don’t even remember the last time you felt fully you.
💥 The truth is, burnout doesn’t always scream. Sometimes, it whispers.
And the sooner you can name the type you’re in — the sooner you can put boundaries in place and start coming back home to yourself.
That’s exactly why I created my 90-Day Program: Make Your Bold Leap — to help high-achieving professionals like you reclaim their energy, direction, and purpose.
If any of this resonates, DM me “BURNOUT” and let’s get chatting
🟢 You don’t have to stay stuck.
🟢 You don’t have to do it alone.
