​Nope!
You don’t need crystals, incense, or a meditation shrine.
My work blends mindset, emotional regulation, and simple spiritual practices, but only if they resonate with you. Everything is optional.

​What if I’ve never done journaling, shadow work or rituals before?

​Perfect.
I explain everything in simple, easy steps.
You don’t need experience, just curiosity and honesty.

​I feel anxious and overwhelmed is this the right fit for me?

​Yes. My entire approach is built around helping high-achieving, burnt-out humans regulate their nervous system, understand their patterns, and rebuild emotional calm.

No -coaching is forward-focused.
We explore emotions, patterns, behaviours, and habits, but we don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you already have a therapist, coaching works beautifully alongside it.
